Shared Time: Gentle Water Experiences and Bonding.
We use playful, gentle movements and respond to each baby’s individual reactions. To ensure that babies can safely enjoy their time in the water, the course is suitable once they are able to hold their head steady on their own (usually from around 3 months of age). Both the water and air temperatures are above 30°C. The warmth can stimulate motor development, relax the muscles, and support the cardiovascular system.
Well-being: Close physical contact and warm water can help support the regulation of breathing, heart rate, and muscle tone.
Experience: At the same time, babies gain important sensory experiences through pressure, buoyancy, and movement in the water.
Connection: The swimming lesson is dedicated time for parent and child — without distractions and focused on sharing the experience together.
Calmness, security, and joy are at the heart of everything we do.
