10 minutes before the lesson: Arrive, change, and shower.
Parents are kindly asked to bring flip-flops and to accompany their children in the shower and changing areas.
Parents are welcome to watch the lesson or relax at the café opposite.
Flexibility: Make-up sessions are possible by arrangement.
Water temperature: 28°C
Early and safe exposure to deeper water helps children gradually overcome fears and build lasting confidence.
