    A gentle introduction to the water for our youngest swimmers (from around 3 months, as soon as your baby can hold their head up securely on their own). In your arms, your baby experiences what it feels like to be supported while gently discovering their own movement in the water.

    Togetherness, discovery, and playful confidence. We give curiosity room to grow, allowing children to experience water as an inviting environment that encourages exploration and experimentation.

    At MIO Swimming School, inclusion is a natural part of what we do. Children with different needs and individual learning journeys are warmly welcomed in all of our regular courses.
